  • Should i tell my boyfriend about nudes?

Hey Guys! The thing is that iím in a new relationship with a great guy, but the past is hunting me. A week ago someone that i used to talk to started messaging both me and my bf on facebook being wierd, but i told my bf to block him, and i think he did. Now he messaged me on kik threatning to send the nudes he has of me to my current boyfriend from another facebook account. I am really scared and i donít know what to do. Should i tell my boyfriend in advance even though it sucks? Or not, and just hope for the best?
Looking forward to hear your take on it!

you should for sure tell him. as soon as possible. its important to be honest with someone your dating, even if it is new. it would be way better to hear it from you then to see it and hear it from some one else.
    best of luck!

      How old are you?
If this guy sends your nudes to anyone, he's likely committing a crime, depending on what country you're from. Especially if you were under 18 when those pictures were taken.
So if he does, report him to the police immediately.
I do suggest you also speak to your boyfriend about it, so he know's what's going on.

One more "speak to your boyfriend" vote from me.

Also, Ayla's point of view of the legality of sending nude photos of you is a good point. Even if you were over 18 (or whatever age in your country) at the time, there may be laws protecting you from that kind of action, and in that case you should tell that idiot that he may be getting on the wrong side of the law if he shows the photos to anyone.

Most countries have a law against even threatening to share such pictures and that includes OVER 18.
In Australia he would be considered having committed a criminal offence just by threatening to share.
So tell him that and suggest to him he deletes the pics as some places even keeping them without consent is in itself an offence.
Make sure you clearly tell him he does not have your consent to keep the pics and that If he contacts you again you will take things further.

Here: Send him the link below and tell him to go fuck himself or you're going to the police. Then tell your boyfriend about your stupidity and that you plan on never sending anything out with your face attached to your nude body again.

Yes, I was going to say that due to the rising number of these cases there have now been laws put in place to protect from 'revenge porn'.

So I agree with Phases advice!
Just because someone's by your side, it doesn't mean they're on your side.
