  • Paying for it.

Those who've seen my posts know I'm a lonely and depressed 26 year old who is also a virgin. I must finally admit that 99% of my problem is depression, coupled with low confidence, etc...

At this point, I really just want to lose my virginity. Several people (including some here I believe) have made the recommendadtion just to pay for it. I'm at the point where I think I'm ready to just break down and do it. But, I haven't the first clue about how to go about this. I know nothing about this industry, no streets smarts on the matter, and am really in need of serious help figuring out how to make this happen.

A coworker told me about backpage.com, so I visited this webpage tonight when I got home. Looks like a lot of tempting, but terrifying shit. I'm a very upstanding person who abides by the law, and I don't want to get myself in deep shit. I'm sure the police are watching this shit like a hawk, and I've seen the shows where they pose as escorts so they can bust people. I'm also just as strictly against child sex-trafficking and other immoral acts as the next person. I also have respect for women, and don't want to do any wrong by anyone. Still, I'm willing to pay a nice, of-age lady to take care of me for a night if that's what it takes.

I think it would help me feel more confident, get this monkey off my back about being a virgin, and ultimately improve my life.

Long story short, I'm willing to pay the money, and I think this is what I want to do, so I just need some good education on the subject so I can do this safely and successfully. Please help.

    Thanks!

I am also depressed right now but for a totally different reason and this kind of made me laugh a little. My apologies if that seems insensitive. I also have a friend in your shoes, 24, male, virgin but he's not paying for anything. There's nothing wrong with being a virgin although it can seem daunting when the guy is "expected" to lead for sex. Do you have any female friends? If you have a sister does she have friends who could help? Otherwise, older women tend to be more understanding of this. I don't think you really need to pay for it. Even if it is just for the learning experience. I have heard of many charity case/pity sex so to speak from older female friends.

What kind of 'education' do you need for paying for sex? You find one at a good price and let her do all the teaching. I think it's a capital plan.

Where to find one, how not to get in trouble with the law, etc... I think you know full well what I'm talking about. Fucking moron.

So you're wanting people on a relationship board to tell you where to find prostitutes and not get arrested? Who's the moron?

Actually if he's willing to travel to Nevada, Mexico, Europe, or Asia, he could legally be with prostitutes without the fear of being arrested. Also, there are agencies all over America that operate legally under the guise of escort services. It's the same as prostitution but most of them seem to stay one step ahead of the law.

Trying to do it safely is not moronic. Either way, never mind. I can see you guys are more wanting to be smart-alec and nitpicky than helpful.

I'm asking this with the utmost sincerity. I'm not really "that type of person" who would do things like this, but as time goes on, it's seeming more and more like a good option. I'm just looking for help/advice. But normally when I solicit advice, I get responses like the two above - smart alec answers and people nitpicking what I say because it's not to their liking, instead of actually helping. I think it's clear by my OP what I'm talking about, so please, sincere and serious replies only. Thanks.

I was being sincere and helpful in my response. Paying for intimacy is perfectly legal if you know where to find it. Nevada has legal brothels all over the state where sex workers are regularly tested for diseases, including HIV. Customers are required to wear protection. It's very safe the way they do it, much safer than finding a cheap skank on the street or on backpage.

I'm sure you could find escort services in your area that operate the same way.

Look guy, if you want to brush off people's responses to you as smart-alec, nitpicky, or unhelpful go right ahead. You obviously have an attitude problem and it really shows when you resort to name-calling like "fucking moron". Keep up that kind of talk and you'll be guaranteed to never get anywhere with women, not even hookers!

I wasn't planning on travelling that far. None of those places are close to me. I was hoping to make it easy and go with someone off backpage in my area. I've looked and I see some extremely attractive 20-somethings on there that don't look skanky or nasty at all. But again, not sure if they're legit.

As for the responses, I was not referring to your response. I was referring to SarahLancaster. I have zero time for short, unhelpful, nitpicky replies for questions that were stated with clarity, and in which the person knew full-well what I was talking about, and knew full-well the type of response I was after, yet still chose to go with a short, stupid, nitpicky, smart-ass little reply like "what kinda "education" you want dude? You just pay a woman and have sex with her... hehe..." You knew full-friggin-well what kind of advice/help I was looking for. So either be sincere and helpful, or DO NOT post in this thread at all. Bottom line.

Sorry if that sounds rude of me, but someone like that is one thing I just can't tolerate.

In fairness to Sarah, it is a silly question to ask here
The majority of people on here won't know the answer.

Google is a fantastic resource and the one you should use to get your answers.

Go to Thailand and have a lovely holiday legally. What's wrong with travelling , you might be better off using that option rather than locally given your fears.

Well, it mostly boils down to money and that kind of thing. I'm willing to go to some drastic measures, but not THAT drastic. I'm not sure anymore. I'm starting to feel like I'm losing myself every day I obsess over this. I'm just trying to get a monkey off my back.

I didn't realize this was such a oddball topic here. Either way, if someone DOES have some good advice I'm all eyes.

There are tons of relationship/dating sites where you would meet someone looking to have sex. You don't need to pay for it. There's plenty of people around willing to do it for nothing... I think you are hugely over thinking it. Join a dating site, say you are looking for fun and start chatting to people. Once you get it over and done with the first time you will chill about it and have more confidence in meeting someone. However I think if you pay for it you will feel ashamed about it and it will only aid your depression, not help it.

Those are some good points. I've joined Zoosk, and also have a Tinder account. I've sent out messages to tons of girls on Zoosk but never get replies. I paid 60 bucks for a subscription, but so far, nothing. I never get replies. The girls on Timder I've seen just look shady as hell. I definitely want to be with a decent person. Idk what do to.

I understand what you're saying about it potentially making me feel worse, but for some reason, it's not really making me feel that way right now. The way I see it with paying for it is I can pick what I want, and she is there to accomodate me and make it an enjoyable experience. Whereas, with some girl off a dating site, she's not going to be that way. You know? Idk...
