What do I want him to do? First try to talk with the group calmly. If that doesn't work, I want him to find a hole in the group, grab my wrist, and run for it. Then we call for help and start screaming like banshees.

BUT... I know how something like that would go for me. I wouldn't just stand there and cry in helplessness... which is actually the smarter option... I'd scream at those creeps to back the fuck off - and if they closed in I'd run or start fighting back. I don't need no man to fuck things up for me when I can fuck them up for myself!

In the situation in this thread, I would run and try to get help.

However, if they were trying to steal my wallet or nice shoes I'm wearing, I'm going all out and not going down without giving it all I got.


Because in the case in this thread, you don't personally get harmed. However, losing shoes or wallet, and you're in some problems. I can't tell myself I just gave up my shoes without giving up a fight. How sad.

Yes, it's very strange.

Even with your principle of putting yourself first, thinking that the loss of a pair of shoes will harm you personally more than having someone close to you raped/murdered shows either a staggering lack of insight or an utterly stunted emotional capacity (or the third option of a bit of trolling ).

But how does that make me a troll? Trolls are people who are not serious and post just to piss other people off. They usually have crazy reasons to defend themselves as well.

First of all, I did this because I wanted people's opinions on this topic, and I thought if I made this thread, it might give a negative feel to the thread (if compared to my other thread), thus I didn't want to create it with this account.

But the opinions of mine are still all real and well backed up.


And lastly, its not like I went on a back and forth conversation with myself talking and agreeing with myself. That would be trolling. Like I said, the sole purpose was to create a neutral thread. How in ANY sense is that trolling?
