My princess and I, just about a year...

Me and my girl have our 1 year anniversairy around the corner. I don't know what to do, I've asked her what she wants to do and neither of us can decide. What have others done and given each other in gifts?

That would be helpful, but I can still give u some ideas. I remember for my one yr my bf at the time and I went for a nice walk in the park, just holding hands, talking and stuff. Then we went out to dinner. Did you get her anything as a present?

Second, think of things she might really like to DO. A nice gift is great, but sometimes a great outing where you get to spend time together can be even better. Take her to a show she's been dying to see, or a new restaurant you want to try, cook her dinner, etc. Sometimes actions speak louder than words.

Of course, flowers and a sweet card are never a bad choice...lol

im 21, shes 20. we are both have very similar personalitys we often finish of each others sentences or know what the other is thinking - sometimes its quiet scarey that we have so much in common. We love joking around having fun and going out, then spend a lot of 'quieter' time together such as snuggling watching TV.

I live on my own, but my partner spends a bit of time here but at least once I week I stay at her house (she lives with brother,sister,m&d)

I purchased jewlery on our 3m&6m and purchased smaller gifts photos/flowers etc for christmas and birthday

get her 11 roses...put a fake one somewhere in the middle....and have the card say "Ill love you until the last one dies..." I hit my year on the 4th...haha thats what I thought of after trying to figure out what to do. Im at college up in CT and shes down in VA so couldn't really hang out or do anything so got a friend to deliver that for me. You can use it or branch off of something from there. Do something sweet and meaningul to add to all of the happy memories you two share. Leave an impression and enjoy it man Congratulations :D Good luck with it.

My bf and I went out for a really nice dinner. We got each other cards and wrote sweet stuff in them. It was just a long evening, with a lot of talking.

Then we went to the giant bookstore in town, because we're nerds like that. :-)

I hit my year on the 4th...haha thats what I thought of after trying to figure out what to do.


oh, you're the person who had their first year of going out on the same date as me goin out with my partner for a year lol, i took my g/f round this large shopping mall and let her go wild with boring shops, then took her to a restaurant for a candlelit dinner...

then at night we shared a bath filled with rose petals, i bought some valentines balloons which read 'i love you' and had lots of love-heart candles around...afterwards a massage with a lovers bath kit i bought and then some intimate sex, it was an awesome day which I wouldn't mind re-living, next year will be even better and hopefully will for everyone else too :)
