please don't yell at me!! i checked the archives and nothing about this. when i give my bf head i have a real hard time deep throating cause like not only do i have extremely bad asthma so that long with out air isn't the best thing for me, but like my jaws too like somebody elses i read like pops alot so its uncomfortable for me but any suggestions would be appreciated... : )

My advice is the painfully obvious: don't do it.
If you have asthma and thus problems deep throating, don't. You can't do it, then don't do it. It's just up to accept.

If there's a certain amount of work you can do before your jaws locks up, don't go further... use your hands more. If there's a certain amount you can take in before they lock up, do something else or focus on a smaller part at a time.

There is no need to deep throat if you don't want to, or can't; you can give a blowjob just as well without, and so if you have asthma and can't then simply don't. If you utilise your hands as well as your mouth it can be really good and also change what you do with your mouth, lick his shaft, scrotum, then back to the head, etc. there's lots that can be done which is actually more pleasurable than deepthroating, so really, don't worry about it.

lockjaw is generally when you've held your mouth in a certain position while using the muscles, and when you try to move them, they lock in position. So if a girl's giving a blowjob, she's keeping her mouth/jaw in the O position, and using those muscles to apply pressure and cover her teeth (hopefully) and after a while, it kind of gets stuck.

Like Deidre said, don't do it. I can't deep throat either, and I've never had any complaints.

the trick: use LOTS of saliva. it may sounds gross to think of a guy's penis covered in your saliva, but it works. While you thrust with your mouth as far as you can go without hurting yourself, use your hands on the lower part of the penis. The extra saliva will get all over your hands, so it shouldn't feel TOO different. Use the hands as an extension of your mouth.

they can quite easily. everyone has what's called a gag relfex. try sticking either your finger or something like a carrot down your throat. you'll reach a point where you gag and almost throw up.

most normal blowjobs/oral sex involve mainly the first part of the penis, focussing on the head and using hands for the shaft.

however, deep throating (the topic of this thread) is where the girl angles her head and takes basically the whole penis into her mouth and down her throat, which (unless he's a pin dick) means getting to and/or past her gag point. if the guy is sufficiently endowed it's a large object to take into the mouth and can easily fill her mouth and throat completely. so, unless a girl can naturally breathe thru her nose she can choke.

asthma is a trouble. i suffer from it, and at times it's very hard to breathe thru the nose without anything in my mouth.

Although many people have said, "don't do it". I think BigJim gives the best answer, because his covers more than just deep throating it also covers all sexual acts.

Look, blowjobs are not meant to be about deep penetration. Check it; best blowjob you can give involves lots of head stimulation, lickkkking the sensitive head until it gets too much and he blows. It's SUPERBLY FUCKING good; it's the feeling you don't get with sex. Save the deep stuff for sex, where you can both enjoy deep penetration without the horrible gagging or having him cum down your throat and blah blah blah.

In many cases deep throating would not only be difficult or uncomfortable, but downright impossible, if the guy is fairly big.
I really never thought to even try it, it sounds a little hard to do successfully, if you have any sort of gag reflex at all.

I like to do it - but I'm no expert. I started out slow, just going as deep as I could at first and then learned to breathe through my nose as I went deeper each time. With *lots* of practice, I can almost take the whole thing down my throat pretty good now :D....If you want to try it on your bf, don't try to be perfect the first few times - go slow and breathe and eventually your throat muscles will get used to it. If you don't want to do it - a good alternative is to just take deeper strokes when you are sucking.

I don't have asthma, nor any problms with my jaw - but I can't deep-throat. Not a chance! It just makes me heave - which is bad!
