The coldness is coming! AH! Summer has been a blast for me, going out, having fun, chillin, skating, eating terryaki steak.

What you guys been up to this summer?! Any crazy party's that are forever imprinted in your mind? Summer crushes?

I was enjoying my last "school's out, full summer off" ever. I mostly hung around montreal, hanging out with friends, taking guitar lessons, and having a blast.

Also travelled a bunch: Hungary, New York, Washington DC, Virginia Beach, and Quebec city. Not some huge eurotrip, but I figure I could do that when I have more money, so as to avoid having to borrow (let the saved up money vest instead).

Oh yeah, and now that I've moved to seattle, the winter "coldness" does not apply to me! It's nice here, it's friggin warm during the winter! You can go out with a light jacket (as long as it protects from rain somewhat) and never need anything else. Haha, sorry Winter - I win!

had a busy, but none the less great summer. Done a ton of golfing, done a ton of work to my mustang, bought a 66 mustang as well. I now own 4 mustangs, 66, 68, 89, and 90, the 90 is just a straight strip car.

Entered 3 demolition derby's this year, got clobbered in all of them, but had one hell of a fun time.

and oh yeah, got engaged, getting married next year, June 10th.

Pretty quiet here.

heh still working at the bowling alley. 13 years and counting. I'm officially like uh, the man, there. LOL I'm the head mechanic, at one of the largest bowling alleys in, in well, a very large area. Plus yeah, we're a very profitable business. So yeah. But most of my car money came from bowling itself. Money earned in tournaments, and league jackpots and such.

havent done a lot this summer...

started off with a metal festival late june, which was actually still in the middle of my exams, just got lucky...it was great tho, i go there every year, and it keeps ruling...

then a week or so after that i went on holiday to helsinki, finland for a week...best vacation i've ever had...finns are just awesome people, we met a lot of people that showed us around the city, went drinking with us, and let us stay at their apartment...it was also the drunkest vacation ever :)...

and then, for the rest of the summer, i did practically nothing...spent a lot of time with my girlfriend, which was nice of course...spent 3 days at a huge (300000 people) music festival here in town, yearly tradition since i was about 6, except there's much more drinking now than back then :)...good times...

then again i did nothing again for a while, and late september i worked in a centre for refugees under 18...interesting job, good money...

and now classes just started again last week...so stressss :)

all in all, the weather this summer was so bad, i've been longing for winter...some real weather instead of crap...

Last July I went to my graduation ceremony. Had a lot of fun this summer but was lazy for a while. Got a job working as a cook in August(HARD work) and then(just recently last week) got a job where my dad works as an electronic assembler. Got engaged August 18th. I'm very happy now because I love October. I love autumn, hiking, carving pumpkins. Tristan is going to be a Ghostbuster this year for Halloween. I think I want to be a Corpse Bride(ya know, like the movie). Now the kid is learning how to ride a bike. And he is VERY spoiled.

Life is good, and its my favorite time of the year. Right before Ohio is thrown into the dead of winter for 5mths, oyy.

gary i'm so jealous of your cars. any interest in adding a 78 &/or 79 to the mix? lol.

i've been working all summer. my 12 year old brother visited for a week. very cool. i started riding horses after a 6 year absence & showing after 8 years. learned to ride english. bought all the gear on ebay. by summer's end i took first in my class & the woman who owned the horse i rode said that he went better for me than her. & then of course there was spending 8-14 hour days at the county fair for work. fun. spent a couple vacay days with the fam for july 4th & at my brother's county fair. watched him win goat showmanship for the first time. spent a few days at msu. went to a friends b-day party. moved about 10 miles into another apartment.
watched archbishop tutu address residents of battle creek. also heard the boys choir of harlem at the same event. hrmm...about all i can think of right now.

i'm looking forward to a vacay in nashville in dec & hopefully another trip to charleston soon.

why you selling one? I just looked at a 79 the other day. at first glance it looked good, real good. Then got indepth a little it, and heh, the car was a mangled mess, hidden under a pound of bondo, and sheet metal weld ins. Yup, told the guy to take his car, turn it sideways, and park it in his ass because he'll never get close to what he's asking. Told him I'd give him $200, cuz yeah, the engine was about all that was worth while, at least semi worthwhile.
