Hahaha
And the video was hillarious, I believe I saw that before on TV somewhere, but still it illustrates one of those funny but sad points.

Why don't you guys just lay off?
It's not his fault that he was president when such a terrible thing as 9/11 happened. He's really done a lot to help make this country safer, and to fight terrorism abroad. Not only that, he helped liberate Iraq and get rid of Saddam Hussein.
He is a wartime president and that's not an easy thing to be. The fact that you're being so negative is sending a bad message to our troops in Iraq and helping the enemy.
PSYCHE.

Ah, now time for my real response  After all, what would a bush bashing thread be without the forum's most crazy leftist.
This is one of those aspects of our non-president's administration and campaign I could never quite understand. So far I have yet to meet a Bush-sucker that denies his inability to speak, and in fact embraces it as a symbol of his everyman-ness.
What a bunch of buffoons that live in this country, seriously. I really don't know what else to say other than Rove and company handled this as well as anybody has ever handled anything. Even if you hate their lying, cheating, greedy, murderous guts, you have to admit, they know how to do their job.
And no, i don't mean the job of being president, the job of making money off of tragedy.

But how is him fucking up sentances like 'You want to put food on your family..'
I would love.. LOVE for him to take an IQ test.

He's a fucking moron!
Even if he wasn't stupid to begin with, years of alcoholism and coke have probably tweaked his brain a smidge.

Bush is a douche. He'd be a douche whatever his political intentions are. And quite frankly, anyone who voted for him is also a douche.

That is the conclusion I'm coming too every single time I sit here and furrow my brow over politics.
Democrats and Republicans suck huge balls. The only hope for salvaging this nation is to get a strong third party that isn't even 25% as corrupt as dems or repubs.
Sadly, the dems and repubs have made it so no such thing WILL EVER HAPPEN.

Too many people vote not based on important things, like ability to run a country, but on single slices of views, like abortion. That was also made evident when Monica Lewinski was considered to be such a big deal.

He's a fucking moron!
No, no,no,no,no... you got it all wrong. He's a lying, sneaking, ballot rigging, warmongering, dyslexic, illiterate, fucking moron...
And yes...ill agree with what was said a few posts back that yea...people didnt vote for him to hear him talk, but damnit, you'd think someone with a degrees and such should know atleast how to either say a saying right or finish a scentence. (ie quote from ol' georgie..."I know it's had to put food on your family's"...real quote honest to God!)

MF, with the more power, I think comes more of a tendency to become more corrupt. I think what has happened to the two major parties would happen to the third party if they had power. I'm a moderate(leaning on the liberal side), and with both parties turning towards more and more extreme kinds of candidates, I'm not really happy with either.

The only problem is the democrats don't have any "extreme" candidates. THey are simply running more like Republicans every day with just a few "centrist" issues to pacify the liberals. The Republicans have become the Neo Conservative fascist type radicals, while the democrats are just 2 steps behind them. Look, John Kerry and Hillary Clinton both believe/d in the war in Iraq, one voted for it, and they both want to stay the course. Hillary's husband passed fricking NAFTA which has sent all of our jobs to Mexico and helped globalization suck away the rest of our industry and even compter tech fields now! It was the biggest piece of uber capitalist right wing legislation perhaps ever, and Clinton passed it!!!
So where are the democratic radicals? All I see are a bunch of right wingers fighting over scraps known as "moral" issues.

August 28th, 2005, 02:16 PM
yea, what he said!
I mean let's face it, who did the democrats offer up to oppose bush in 2004? John friggen Kerry. He's nothing more than a moderate lap dog who espouses none of the views of the "left" as it's come to be called. I understand that running an extremist is not going to get you the election but good lord. Running a rich white guy who is nothing more than Dubya's democratic twin is a terrible idea.
I say if you're going to do something, then just fucking do it. If the democrats decide to turn their focus towards producing righties, then so be it, but just be upfront about it, and give another party a chance to find a voice.
THen you have the LOVELY aspect of fucking ignorance and denial that is just multiplying itself among the common people. How ignorant, and stupid, do you have to be to not understand that we are being fucked, and fucked hard, on a daily basis. I don't even have an education past a high school diploma and I can figure it out.
It's funny that I, a 22 year old stoner/slacker was able to predict and forsee the goings on of this war better than the ENTIRE Bush administration. Weird!!
Of course they wanted it to go the way it's gone, but that's a different topic.
I simply will never understand how this man got into office the first time, let alone being re-elected. It is something so ridiculously stupid and ignorant that it will not ever penetrate my cranium into my brain so I can understand it. All I can do is hate the people fucking our country up.
The only difference between the two parties in the end is their financial backing and who they're going to stroke off. Evil, corrupt, LYING bastards. All of 'em.

Humph. "NAFTA" you say it's a piece of right wing legislation, but even the right wing Americans don't live up to it if it doesn't suit them.
we'd like our five billion back, please.
