Haha my heavy bag's borked lol. I was at the start of my second 2 minute round, and I started pounding it, and to my surprise, it fell. Like, it flew back from my punch, and fell to the ground. Turns out the quicklink that was holding it up finally broke under my might hehe. Until I get another, thicker, one, I will be shadowboxing a bit more. Kinda annoying, but more than that, I'm kinda proud of myself :).

My cousin and I managed to rip a large screw out of the support beams in his basement, from punching the heavy bag. That was a laugh.
