Is it morally acceptable and legal to give/get a girls or two's number at work? Can a company file a complaint or fire you for that? Just curious, thanks in advance...

Some companies have a policy against office romances. It would probably be in any sort of employee handbook you've been given. In which case there could be disciplinary action.

Its not legal in some areas. And its not morally right either.
It is definatly illegal to hand out employee's phone numbers and addresses to a third party (someone other then you and her) without her permission.
If you call her and she hasn't given her number out. She'll tell all her friends you are a stalker.
Just ask them... Or if its for a mate introduce them and get him to ask for the number.
