Kay let's say you have a room like this:

Is there anyway you could make it look like an attic by just adding "beams"? I tried, but this doesn't look like an attic,

I'm not even sure what the beams in an attic are supposed to look like. Does anyone know where the beams should go?

And I know it's crappy quality, still playing for now.

Is this a real life situation or just in a drawing?

If you can't deviate from the picture you are using it will be a difficult task to make it work. It's possible but it won't look very nice.

Run the bottom "beam" (actually in real life would be a joist) all the way to the edge of the wall. It looks funny because they are connected to angled joists, which is realistic.

i think maybe some sort of vantige point could help? i'm not too sure what your trying to do here, but it seems people forget about either value or vantage points. p.s. what you seem to be tryin to draw is an "a-frame" and i would look up pictures if iwas to draw them. good luck and God bless.
