When does a penis....finish growing??
before puberty finishes? after? anyone know??

Damn...and I thought it was going to be another 'my penis is 4 feet long' or 'is my 10 inch dick too small' thread.

As for the question at hand. My guess is that it's like the rest of the body and grows throuh puberty. I wouldn't imagine that it keeps growing past that... without the help of pumps, pills, or viagra.

about 17-18 is normal. end of growing physically is the same time as penis length.

so if it's only 5inches (normal by the way) when you're 19, sorry to tell you but it ain't gonna make it to 12inches.

it usually stops growing at around 2 feet (60 cm)

if it's less than that, you should ocnsult a doctor, there's something wrong with you...
