Post about anything you want to. What happened that day, vent some frustrations, poetry, pretty much whatever you want. I have a journal and I'm always just writing random stuff in it that's nothing very exciting. It's just a good way to relax and say whatever you want and not really have to worry about anything.

Some people who like photography also have photoblogs where they post up new pics they take once in a while. You can make it anything you want it to be!

Personally I put up cool links that I come across, rants, whatever is on my mind! Its your blog so you can add whatever you like to it. Try using the 'Next Blog' feature that Blogger has, read some others and you can maybe get an idea!

I just write what's on my mind. I tend to keep it secret, but it's just a way for me to rant and not have to worry about anyone else seeing what I'm thinking or feeling...

Looks like your doing alright to me. It should help you take a look at things through your minds eye. It sounds like something just anyone should be able to do (it is your mind after all) but you'd be surprised what you learn about yourself when you write something and come back and read it later.

As for building creativity? I have never thought about it but it might. Can't hurt to try, right? I could give you tips on what gets my creative juices running but different strokes for different folks. It may not work for you. That and I'm kind of embarrassed about mentioning it here.

Ah, don't worry about people reading about stuff like that. You'd be surprised how many people would understand the things your going through. And if its on the internet, it probably won't be too much to worry about as far as anyone mattering finding out about it.

I always secretly hope someone out there can read something I write when I'm sad and understand what I'm going through or see what I write when I'm happy and be cheered up. Even though I'll try to hide it from those I know.
