Flirt to Date?

Hey all, i would like to know whats going on in my situation, thers this girl in my work that likes me, i mean, she always goes over to collegues near me and talks to them with quick glances to me regulary, she ALWAYS has glances at me then looks away when i look back, people have told me she likes me because 'they can just tell' she makes obvious ways to get place in work pass me, i know i seem confident in all this but this is exacly whats happening.

i flirt with her now and again, i tell her that her hair looks good etc.. (ever since i told her that she messes with it regulary) and i have asked her out a few times, by saying things like ' im going to such a place on saturday, are you going to meet me, and i asked her out generally once but she said 'no'.. with a smile, but she's kind of a shy person, cant really explain her, she just seems to be shy, like i tell her things like compliments and she just smiles and looks away, i dont know what to do, i think she is really nice looking and from what i know is good to get along with, i want to get to know her more but i cant really do that in work, i need to kind of ask her out but i dont know how to do this. everytime i ask her it seems shes not confterble with awnsering.

help would be great, tanx!

Sounds to me that you haven't actually asked her out. you've just said "Oh I'm going {insert place} wanna tag along?" Thats not asking someone out. You could say that to any mate.

You need to say "Hey {her name} would you like to go bowling / catch a movie / have dinner etc with me on saturday?"

Then she HAS to give you an answer of sorts.

Be more agressive when you ask her out next time.

If she is indeed interested in going out with you...

she will say yes.
If she says 'no', she will definately back it up with a following date.


if she isn't interested, she will say no, no questions asked, and you were just being a weird guy thinkin that she likes you, even when she didn't. :)
