This is for the girls...for those of you who shave completely down there, do you ever go to the gynecologist with it all shaved? I'm sure that they see a lot of it, but I am still nervous if she will say something to me about it, although it is my hair and I can do what I want with it. I was just wondering if anyone had already experienced it. Thanks!

When my boyfriend comes home from college I make extra sure to shave. But if for example I have to go to the gynocologist and i havent shaven in 3 days or something, I dont do any special shave job or anything. If I happened to shave before hand than fine, but if Ihavent shaven in a week than fine. I dont really care what the gyno thinks. Its a doctors job to DO HIS/HER JOB not ridicule you for being shaven or unshaven.

if you're shaved, how often do you have to DO it?
and if you're trimmed... how long is it generally kept anyways?

I'm a guy and I trim my hair down there, it just makes things so much easier... I keep it about an inch, maybe an inch and a half long

Agreed.
Shaving is pretty popular thse days - so they almost certainly see a lot of it.
I shave it all off down there - but we don't really have the concept of a gynocologist in England. We keep our bits to ourselves unless there's something wrong!

Honey, they don't care if you're shaved or not. They don't care if you're stubbly or a jungle. I mean, it's not going to bother their hands or whatnot because they wear those latex/polyurethane/whatever gloves when they examine you. And why would it matter to them? Unless you're foolin' around with your gyno, then you shouldn't get your knickers in a knot about it.
