Are you embarrassed of kissing your bf/gf in front of your parents or their parents or any family member? I am...I know it's normal, but I dunno...kinda weird doing that in front of my parents I know they would be upset by seeing that....How about your parents? :-?

My parents caught my bf & I kissing and my dad nearly threw him out of the house. And we've done worse.. not that they know that, but kissing really isn't a big deal to us. We do it in front of friends occasionally.. er.. I guess, but we would never intentionally kiss in front of our parents. Yuck!

Leave that stuff for alone time.. kissing in front of parents is almost as bad as jumping each other in public. Eww.

I completely agree with Zoe...I would never do that in front of my parents. I mean there are times my parents will come home unexpectedly and like you can tell my bf and i haven't really been sitting in the living room watching tv but i make every effort not to let them see.

Kissing is something that should be kept in private...at least in front of parents. :D

My mom couldn't care less, but I wouldn't do more than a breif peck in front of her. I'll hardly ever even touch her in front of her parents.

My mom doesn't have a problem - we could strip naked and fuck in front of her and she'd probably just clear her throat and make herslef scarce! Well, maybe not quite that bad...but she doesn't care if we kiss in front of her.

We used to beall over each other when all the family were round, but now we've calmed down a bit!
It's hardly polite to be down each others throats in front of other people. I prefer to keep it for times that we're alone, or around people we don't know, or gettign drunk :cool3:

I don't like doing it in front of any adults. It's just a phobia I have... I'll feel weird if I start kissing with parents around.

Yes Chiu... my parents are pretty easy-going when it comes to the minor things: pecks, hugs, holding hands, etc...

and... I'm not embarrassed by it either... :)

Well im not too cool about kissing in front of my GFs parents, i guess im like that by nature. My mom i havent but wouldnt mind a peck. My dad i dont care now. a while ago my dad walked in on my GF and i while making out...and instead of going "Oh, im sorry" he comes in and asks me a question about a computer deal he saw...omg So i really dont mind MY parents too much

A little peck is fine, at least with my parents. You're showing respect by not jumping down each other's pants for cripes sake. Would they rather you start dry humpin gin front of them? Anything more than a peck...is BAAAAAAD. :o

i wouldn't kiss someone in front of my parents, altho, i don't think that they'd mind. i've always had a thing against pda. in fact, just a couple weeks ago i kissed someone while his friends were around which was a first time thing for me. i felt pretty weird about that, but i guess no one minded.

My ex would FREAK if we did anything more than hold hands in front of her parents. Not even a hug. Actually same things for her close friends, except there I would hug her, but no more than that.

My parents are cool, they were OK with anything I did in front of them, even though I would be very calm about what I did. Out of respect for my parents and not because I was ashamed or something.

Ah, you have to give you parents to realize you're not their baby girl/baby boy anymore. I think after you've been a couple for awhile they gradually catch on to the fact that you are past the kissing stage and so they don't care as much if you do infront of them.

At NO POINT should a parent be okay with you fucking in front of them

I've been walked in on several times while I was ontop of my now ex-girlfriend.. or vice versa.. in heavy makeout sessions.. hahaaha they don't care.. they know me well and trust me.

She was quite paranoid at first but then she kinda caught on they didn't care and chilled down.

So most of the time we are on my bed anyways.. and when I would hear my parents coming I'd just slide over next to her.. :D

One time my ex-girlfriend decided to wear this brand new shirt with glitter on it.. well when I came out of my room.. I was covered, hair to shoes, in glitter.. man I still haven't lived that one down by my parents.. they still tease me about it. haha -- Made it worse when they came into my room.. saw glitter all over my bed and floor. :evil2: They didn't care.. just teased me about it.

But.. I would never make out with my girlfriend in front them.. I would kiss her, hug, hold hands.. let her sit in my lap...

Her parents on the other hand.. nooooo way would I do anything like that in front of them! :D

I wouldn't if I could avoid it... although when I go to see my boyfriend, my mother occasionally calls out a "give Samir a kiss from me" :P
His parents... hrm... we've kissed (pecks) with his mother in the same room (but with her back turned). She's a muslim, which makes me reserved of those things (moreso than my boyfriend)... I wont even come to his house in a skirt that's not long enough to reach my knees.. (and I definitely wouldn't wear a top that doesn't cover both stomach and shoulders).

My ex's parents, though... well, I don't know about his mother, but his father walked in on us in the living room, with him on top of me, on the couch, stopped, looked, went "Oh, sorry, I didn't know you guys were home yet", grinned and left the room...

ROFL!

I love glitter, so I'm pretty sure my bf knows how you feel. He went to school with glitter on him still a couple weeks after I wore one with a lot of glitter that got all over his bed. Glitter lasts a long time, haha.

He's ALWAYS got glitter on him somewhere from my clothes or eyeshadow lol. Sometimes I'll just randomly stand up and shake glitter on him from a shirt just to make him mad hehe :cool3:

I wear glitter (hair mascara) like... twice a year. One of those times my ex was over and we were making out on my couch...there was glitter everywhere on the couch and, of course, on him. You know the deal. :) We tried to get most of it off, but you know how glitter is about coming off... it doesn't, so when he finally had to leave to go reherse with his band, he was still covered in glitter... this wouldn't have been so bad of course... if his band didn't play death/thrash metal.

My parents don't really like me & him kissing in front of them. Hugging and holding hands is fine... if they're in the general area, we might share a quick peck when they aren't looking... but anything longer is in private.

my cousin ran away w some guy. when they came back, she got married to him and then whenever we saw them at family events the guy always had his hands around her [like how you take a photo w your date at a dance] cuz he was like 2 times taller than her and he always stood behind her w his arms wrapped around...

my parents were so disgusted by this and i had an argument w them that it was really all that bad. ugh good thing i kept my last boyfriend a secret... if i ever get anywhere w my current potential guy now i think ill tell my mom... after all, i am about a year older than the last time.

see, its a big step for my parents to even KNOW about a boyfriend! my dad once saw me hugging a friend of mine and he told my mom that me and this guy were going out! my parents are CRAZY! also i once came home from this same guys house [around the same time of year] where there had been like 10 friends and my mom checked my neck for hickies! weird weird weird, then she explained my dads theory and iwas all grossed out. haha

If my bf and I are cuddling or something, and his mom or sister comes in, I try to move away, but he just doesn't get it... I'm 2 years older than him, so I'm sure his mom sees me as a craddle-robbing tramp already- if she sees him kissing me, I'm pretty sure I'd get crucified.

UGH!! Yall are freakin lucky!! My parents like freak out if he lays on my stomach! they are soo over protective, it is just annoying! so no we don't kiss at all in front of my parents, they will start getting pissed if i even talk about it in front of them.... err... but his parents don't care so we occasionally exchange little pecks infront of them, but they are like ewww, get a room.. lol its kinda funnny!! wish my parents were like that!!

I think my parents would be cool with it. My ex and I used to spend hours in my basement. I mean hello, what else could we be doing? Actually watching the movie? Then again that is what I do with my current guy. As for kissing in front of his parents, I think they'd be cool with it too. His dad is really excited that he has a girlfriend and that I'm nice. I swear sometimes he's more into the relationship than we are!!! However, my guy won't even kiss me in front of his friends during a game of truth or dare. What's even worse is he wouldn't take advantage of the opportunity when we were dared to spend 7minutes in the closet. My friends got quite a laugh when they're sitting there waiting to hear kissing noises and instead they hear all about what he had at Thanksgiving dinner.
I think the time has come to jump him.

i dont think my parents would really care if i kissed my boyfriend in front of them but i dont really feel comfortable doing it...

ive cuddled on the couch in front of parents before, and im sure they've seen me kiss a boyfriend before but i definetly dont do it intentionally and if we're kissing and one of my parents would walk in - id end the kiss quickly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST is getting makeup on his shirt collar! As the most beauty obsessed forumite, i must say that this is a BIG no no! its ASKING for prodding by parents! There are a bunch of non smudgy lipcolors out there girls and even LIPSTICK SEALANTS (developed for theater) to keep the color on your lips, not his clothing! But red lipstick kissprint on a card sent to him can be really sexy

It doesn't bother me as long as it's not real make out kissing. A kiss on the lips doesn't bother me as long as there is no tongue and it doesn't last that long.

I'm a kissing "newbie" lol I haven't even been walked in on...

But I can predict how it would be..

My mom would act like she's ok.. then when my gf is gone she'd give me a hard slap and not talk to me for a few days...

My dad's cool though, I probably could jump down her throat in front of him
