Someone asked me this earlier, and I checked the archives and didn't see a similar post. Mine was Green Day- "Dookie". I must have been in like 5th or 6th grade or so. So what was your first CD?!

I think it was Alanis Morisette - Jagged Little Pill, but I could be wrong. I do know that was one of the first 3 or 5 I had, though.

Doesn't tell you much, does it? How about my second CD, then? "Dangerous" by Michael Jackson.

I have many cds that have meant a lot to me...like SP's 'Mellon Collie'...Pink Floyd's DSOTM...the 3cd set of Led Zeppelin remastered hits...The 3 Beatles Anthology cds(each had 2)..The Cranberries 'To The Faithful Departed'...Aerosmith's 'Get A Grip'..
But I believe my actual first cd was from Boyz 2 Men, their II cd(go ahead and laugh but it was real popular back in the day)...and then The Beatles Anthology. Or vice versa. Whatever. Thank god for the Beatles and rock & roll. :rocker:

The first CD I ever bought? (vs. something given to me by family, which would have been collections of Andrew Lloyd Webber songs, if that counts.) Hmm ... would have to be Britney Spears' "... Baby, One More Time" back in 2000.

Backstreet Boys- Millenium
I've bought it 3 times 'cause it got lost, scratched, and stolen. I think i'll go buy it again and lock it in a safe so no harm can come to it. I just loved that cd so much, still do.
Ugh, i'm such a dork.

Mine was probably a rendition of Gustav Holst's the Planets Suite.
My first actual CD, i think was a promotional CD that I got for buying the first book in the Everworld series, by K.A. Applegate. It had like 4 urban rock type songs. Never really listened to it, except maybe one song.
