O_o Back in school, and they've already got us working on our midterm projects...

Not a great picture, but you get the general idea. Right now I'm just looking for some feedback. I think the content is rather obvious, but that might just be me.... O_o
You can't see it here, but the silver lines on the top half are part of the texture I painted on before I airbrushed the underpainting. Eventually, the body will be covered with either pencil or inkwork. Haven't decided....

This one's still in the EARLY EARLY EARLY stages of development:

It's the second in a series of four. Rather than centering on an image, as the top one does, this one will be focused on the idea of pattern (complexity of mind, or some such thing). But like I said, still in the REALLY early stages. Annnnd the reflection off the gesso isn't helping.
