Just wondering who saw it and what you thought. I really enjoyed it and I don't usually like movies like that. I really liked the character Vincent, not the being a murderer part, but all the rest of it. The cool guy thing. Oh, except when he got angry, but then who wouldn't get angry when they chuck all your stuff off a bridge? Max was awesome as well. I think jamie foxx played the role very well. He did the nervous, crazy, my-life-is-at-stake-and-i'm-losing-my-mind thing very well.

I really want to see this movie..so far I've heard its awesome. And despite the salt & pepper hair that Tom has going on......he is still HOT.:P Now he just looks sinister as hell. :cool2:

I loved this movie.
It was really well done, and it makes you see why Tom Cruise deserves his multi-million dollar paycheque.
The movie was fast-paced without seeming chaotic, and the sparse character development seemed to fit with the idea of LA as a hollow place with hollow people. Jamie Foxx did a surprisingly good job playing side-man to Tom Cruise, but Cruise definitely stole the show.
Lots of neat little cameos in the film, too, like Jason Statham (Snatch, The Transporter) at the beginning.
The ending was a little open-ended, which leaves me feeling that there might be a sequel, but I certainly hope there isn't. I'd hate for them to ruin a good concept with an overblown big-budget sequel.

I disagree, i think jamie foxx stole the show, you did see him much more, and i enjoyed his character. i did love tom cruise's badass character, and at the same time he played "wounded bird" well enough to make me feel sorry for him. great movie. best one i've seen in a while.

I'm kind of a wimp when it comes to this type of movie so I was scared most of the time lol especially when he was hunting down Jada's character *spooky*
I walked away going - eh, it was okay...never seen a movie quite like that before but overall wasn't overly impressed
The best part (in my opinion) was Tom coaching the taxi driver on what to say to his impatient boss -- hilarious!!
And I'm sorry but whoever dyed those grey hairs on Tom Cruise should be fired - yikes they looked awful (granted he's old enough to have grey hair in real life but they did a poor job of adding grey to him in this movie)
Overall: B to B-
