or is it the other way around? or what about closed mouth kissing?
How does the order go?
between closed mouth kissing, open mouth kissing, the excl boy/gir friend thing.

Do you mean...does open mouth kissing mean you are boyfriend/girlfriend?
No, if that is the question.

The kiss progresses.
Closed mouth, open mouht, long periods of open mouth (making out)...blah blah blah.
In an order like that.

Exclusiveness has absolutely nothing to do with kissing order. People can kiss that are not even dating or seeing each other. Usually as far as kissing order goes though, it is closed mouth, open mouth then french kissing.

I the past I have kissed people before we became "exclusive", yes -we never discussed relationship or whatnot before (my boyfriend asked me out a million times before, but I declined every time, beause it was too soon after my last break-up).
Then we had a little conversation, and a kiss, and then he asked me out again and I accepted.
With my ex, we just went on little dates, which were only half dates; not expressedly so always, but we knew we liked each other, just not how much and such... we kissed, didn't really talk about it, and then his friends started referring to me as his girl, we talked about it an suddenly there was a relationship. :)

Hehe I've made out with guys (full on frenching) and not dated them. It really depends.
For me, with the exception of my first boyfriend, I've kissed then exclusivity came after...
