Do you have some? You could offer him yours, or something...in passing sort of thing comment on his lips looking a bit chapped/sore. Or you could buy him some, but say the same thing.

You could say, "God damn your lips are chapped!"
Then hand him the chapstick and tell him to use it or no more kissy-kissy.

Comment to him about it and suggest that he use some chapstick

Yes, and in that exact language, too. Kissy-kissy, always a good term
But seriously, it's something you've just got to tell him. Offering the use of chapstick seems the best method to me.

Tape sandpaper to your lips before you kiss and let him feel what it's like.

You could put some on your lips and then kiss him. That way he'd have some of yours. :P
Just kidding. . . you could suggest that he use something to protect his lips or even buy him something. That way you wouldn't be telling him point blank that his lips are dry and cracked.

Yeah, I don't know your guy, but I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that it wouldn't phase me at all if my gf was like "here, have some chapstick" or something....I mean, if it gets me kisses..... :P

I'll usually put some on my lips and then put some on him, he doesn't think twice about it. :D

Just ask him to wear chapstick. As long as you're not a super bitch about it, I don't see the problem. Tact is a wonderful thing people :D.

"Gosh, baby, your lips are looking pretty painful."
"Why yes sweetie-pie, they are."
"Here, let me put some of this yummy chapstick on you..."
(And you could like tease him and stuff whilst you do this... just a thought.. although I have an ultra-girly boyfriend who knows more than I do about moisturizing and lip chappedness and such...)

When i would kiss my ex i would often get dry lips. either more saliva would work for a little bit (but ultimately getting worse). But icarry chap stick around with me and would allways happen to apply it before we started :-) :-)
You could just offer him some. i know he would not take any offence to it.

Actually, as it was already said, just put on some chapstick then kiss him just using lips--it works great.
Also, just buy some chapstick and put it on for him if he needs it...my GF always puts on chapstick before we kiss--which also works as a sign to me for when she wants to be kissed. ;)

You could tell him nicely. If he really likes you he shouldn't bitch about it. He should take it into consideration...if he's smart atleast.
