My only 2 guesses would be either nibbling while you are kissing, or accidently bumping your teeth together while you kiss.

Kissing with the teeth? Weird. First image that pops into my mind is two people rubbing teeth...odd. Well unless your frenching, you rarely touch their teeth, and its usually an accident so dunno what your friend ment. Have you ever tried ASKING?

Ewwwww. Kissing someone who has NO teeth would be icky.
Sometimes you can touch their teeth with your tongue or bump them slightly, whatever. It shouldn't be a big deal, though.
