If I wasn't already 5 1/2 years invested in Lost I'd have to side with Spartacus as the single greatest television to ever air.

You're goddamned right I said it, Ever.

Both shows really draw you in and keep you locked in. Lost is mythical and does a fabulous job of portraying each character as a specific, yet genderless, archetype.

Spartacus is so deliciously raw it's impossible to turn an eye from it.

Who's watched them and who's as addicted as me?

And why?

spartacus is the best series, i've ever had an interest in. the badass gladiator fights, the next 10 minutes some slave owner is fucking the slaves ! it's like once you get bored with the fighting they throw a sex scene, then lil drama, lastly with another small fight and an ending that makes you want to watch the next episode

Lost is still the best overall series from a storyteller's perspective.

That said, Spartacus: B&S is the most entertaining. When Spartacus: Gods of the Arena premiers this Friday, I'll be ready to rumble.

idk.. the main guy isn't even gonna be in there, i'm assuming the time of the series, is pre- first season ? since i saw the black dude (sorry i forgot mostly everyone's name) fighting. but i haven't researched any of it yet.
