first kiss

Okay so I have never bean kissed, it is sad but true… :cry: I have a feeling though that this one guy who likes me might kiss me at home coming in 2 and ½ weeks from now… how should I react and what is the best way to kiss some one for the first time? What should I do just stand their or try some of those moves you c on TV? (that I will most likely mess up.) :oops:

yeh - pretty much do what they do on TV - only that they are TAUGHT how to kiss like that

It's really strange because as someone just said, you just know what to do. It comes naturally. You should be able to follow his lead and everything will be fine.

yeah, there's certain things to avoid like ramming your tongue around in there (though i think only guys do that) or being really slobbery all over, but those shouldn't be a problem. You just go with the flow, it will come naturally.

Is this your first kiss? His? Cause if it is, then it probably will be pretty short and not all that great since neither of you will be experienced, but you will learn quite fast! Enjoy, kissing is the best thing in the world.

not his just mine. he has had a fue g/f b4 me, well I am not his g/f but you know what I mean... he takes things really slow. like last night was the first time we had ever huged, I have known him for bout 3 years, and today he did the whole holding hands thing, not in public, but in the car when I "kidnaped" him b4 they left for the game, lol I bought him some hot food, so he would not get hungry, but that is besied the point. like what is the best way to go about this, and do peaple atuly hit noses? yah thanx again

I could not agree with that statement more!! The first kiss is all about not knowing what to do, and just letting it happen, and its about when your lips first touch the feeling you get, the exitment, the rush...

if you mess it up(which kissing is not hard to do, its fun so you shouldnt)..but if you do....if you care for him and he cares for you..then it shouldn't matter, everything will go on being the same...and then youll kiss and kiss even more and youll know and not being worried about how to do it...and then one day you'll think back on that memory of your first kiss and it'll just be funny and you'll laugh and everything will be GREAT!

It's possible. If it's your first kiss ever you might end up with that whole head-tilting-and-trying-to-get-the-right-angle mess :P.

In all honesty, you'll probably be fine. It's pretty natural to just tilt your heads to opposite sides. It's cool how faces seem to fit together when it comes to kissing :cool3:


Oh yeah, I read a story about this in one of my 3 Chicken Soup for the Teenage Soul (:P) books...DON'T KISS HIS TEETH! Gah! Like, if he'd happen to have his mouth open. Wouldn't that just suck?
