confusing kisser

Well there is this girl that i like, and you could say im "courting" her, in other words we aren't going out yet. So I gave her our first kissie today, which turned into a quick makeout session (Cause her sister was nearby). Anyway the thing is...she went right to frenching, and i am used to open mouth kissing first right? so then we are french kissing..then went to like open mouth kissing.then right back to frenching, then to open again..like that..I'm not used to kissing like that...It was really confusing...I think the next like kiss is open...but its french and vice versa...STILL WAS FUN dont get me wrong...just real confusing
