Hi all.
Well, I do think I'm informed somewhat however just wanted other people's opinions.
I am definitely not 'sexually active' and am technically a virgin. Lost it to a girl at a club that I regret now (and don't remember how long I lasted cuz I was drunk). But I've only done it once, so I'm pretty much inexperienced. Anyway, my current girlfriend gave me a blowjob recently however I came in about 1-1.5 minutes or so. Now I'm worried that I may not be able to control it, especially if we do sexual intercourse. She's assured me that I'll get better as I get used to it and she's been very supportive however I'm still worried.
Is it due to my inexperience and does it get better? I'm uncircumsized and she licked the foreskin back so my penis head was VERY VERY sensitive. Don't know if that affected anything. Now I do NOT want to use any herbs/medications/viagra, etc, because I don't believe in those stuff, however I do want to be able to last longer for my girlfriend.
I have heard about the PC muscle and supposedly it will help control the orgasm, however I have also heard that the constant contraction of the PC muscle may in fact contribute to premature ejaculation. Any thoughts from people knowledgable in these areas??
Also breathing techniques are supposed to help. I find I'm not breathing as naturally as I usually do. Sometimes I'm not even sure if I'm breathing at all and have to remind myself to breath. Thoughts on this?
Lastly there's another technique that can be used which is to approach the orgasm as close as you can and then relax until your penis has shrunken and start again. Does this actually work? Aren't you just relaxing physically and starting over? So how is this supposed to increase your control?
Any discussion is appreciated (even if it doesn't refer to me) including life experiences, etc. Thanks.
