Has anyone refused a kiss because they KNEW their breath just REEKED? You didn't want to submit your partner to the haneous stench, so you wouldn't kiss them?
I have.

That's something I can seriously say has never happened to me and I've never done it to anyone I've kissed. Whenever I have eaten something with bad breath my bf or whoever I was going to kiss had also eaten the same thing so we were even.

Nope...I haven't done that before.....Honestly I wouldn't do it either...Like when my mom cooks....She makes this salad with onions...and I know my bf is coming over...There's no way in hell I would eat onions...but hey...wouldn't a gum help you? Or those really hot mints...They can help you after u go and eat something smelly right?

if I eat somethin like, spicey dorrito nachos *massive droolageness*, then I wouldn't even think about it! I wouldn't ever wanna force that on her, hehe, that's be mean. but generally if she's comin I try to kill my breath as much as possible! oh, speaking of that, how about adding another question, I hope Syd doesn't kill me...
have you ever refused to kiss someone (basically what she said) because they used like, WAY too strong a mint or somethin?

I've always told my boyfriend he couldn't kiss me when I had morning or onion breath, but he does anyway.

You wouldn't trade them in for anything in the world though, would you? :D

If we ate the same thing - why refuse? You wouldn't be able to tell the difference because you both have the same breath.
Usually my bf carries those listerine strips with him. We both like 'em, so we use 'em. No biggie.

My boyfriend has refused me a kiss when he just had a kebab with lots of garlic, spices etc. Of course, he's weak so I kissed him anyway. ;)

i guess gingivitis is also a major cause of bad breath...another great reason to brush your teeth :P

Hmm... to my boyfriend, no. He gets to deal with all the ins & outs of me!
But if it was to a guy I really liked (not a boyfriend) and wanted to make a good impression with... well, I don't think I'd let myself get to that stage!

One of my ex's smoked and I would NEVER kiss her unless she brushed her teeth or used breath freshener

I wish my ex would have been so respectful as to not kiss me when his breath was rank. He didn't even care bout his breath, or what I thought of it. Believe me..it was HORRIBLE. :o The worst part of it all, is that he was so stubborn. So even after many people told him that it stank he still didn't care. He claimed that he brushed his teeth, so there must've been something wrong w/ his gums or something.
Not like it matters, but I still believe that he just never brushed. :(

I always carry mints or gum with me, and my girlfriend adores gum as well (she carries 50 packs around lol). Hopefully, we never hit that stanky breath problem.

well, i have kissed my ex when he didn't brush his teeth. It wasn't too bad, but afterwards i made him brush his teeth. I don't think i have ever kissed someone with bad breath..if i did, its prolly deleted from my mind. :)

My b/f is SO paranoid about bad breath. So when I'm with him he's constantly brushing his teeth and/or chewing gum. lol. But there's never been any refusal...
