Half the people are saying it means he wants her to climb all over him, and the other half come up with dumb shit like "wood --> hard harharhar" (but then again, who knows). Maybe asking might be a good way to go. You're a guy too, so I guess some other guy said that to a girl you're interested in or something?

If I were to visualize myself saying that to a girl, I would almost certainly be baiting her to ask her what the hell I mean, and have an answer prepared. Like really, it almost sounds like he's running a routine on her. Or not haha.

sounds like a euphemism for wood, i.e. erection, yeah. But a supremely DUMB euphemism that is more likely to a) confuse her, b) piss her off, and c) make her laugh AT you.
