so i got this co-worker that i believe has a thing for me

whenever i come by she is always the first to initate conversation by saying a quick hi or hello before i do.

Especially when i talk to her she has a smile across her face and she blushes from time to time.

I just thought I would ask if it seems like a friendship thing or if she likes me in that way?

any advice is always appreciated chaps!

From the small amount you've told us...its pretty much impossible to tell. saying "a quick hi" is the way I would treat any coworker when I see them, and I am usually smiling when I talk to someone because I'm pretty bubbly like that haha, and I blush easily at any compliment. So what you've just described is my normal behavior towards anyone I'm familiar with. But maybe she likes you...I would just need more to go off of to make a call that way.
