Tree Jousting

So.. .I was searching through my basement this afternoon when I stumbled across an old VHS tape with no markings.

I popped it in, and it was a 4 year old tape of the sport my friends and I invented: tree jousting.

Anyone else do something really really stupid? :agree:

yes, but you need to explain HOW this sport is done!

Snow, hill, tree at the bottom, large sled, mopstick with boxing glove taped to the end, football gear, and a lot of balls. The goal was to bust a glass taped to the tree.

It was part of this crazy idea we had for the 'winter olympics'. 3 events: tree jousting, the banana hammock quarter mile (sprinting a quarter mile down the road with nothing but a tiny piece of clothing), followed by a snowball eating contest.

It was brutal. But that's what happens when you combine 10 broke teenagers, mid January Michigan weather, and lots of time.

Lol, hilarious! I love your winter olympics events. Can I add in sliding down a snowy hill backwards in a pack liner? Probably not that original but fun to do and a laugh to watch!

the summer jousting event can be done too. two people, skateboards, football padding and broomsticks.

I don't put unmarked VHS tapes in. I'm afraid that after 7 days, Sadako will come and get me.
